Mr. Wu Zhize

Chinese nationality, male, born in September 1960, the Yangtze river business school EMBA, senior economist. Former director of Zhejiang Province Yongjia County Overseas Chinese Suit Factory, vice chairman of the Chinese people's political consultative conference, current chairman of board of directors, SAINT ANGELO group chairman, chairman of Wenzhou Zhongnan, chairman and general manager of SAINT ANGELO e-commerce, director of Hengsheng Village Bank, RongYin investment director, legal representative of Jinsha Investment, vice President of Chinese clothing association. Miss Zheng Jinhuan

Chinese nationality, female, born in May 1968,  member of civil engineerings, professor, master graduate, vice president of institute of materials and textile of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, director of civil engineerings party branch of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, selected in the third level training personnel of Zhejiang "151 talents project in the new century” , engaged in teaching and research work in the field of textile science, won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress, second prize of Zhejiang science and technology, won the first prize of Zhejiang higher learning institutions scientific research achievements, first prize of science and technology progress of China textile industry association and other the scientific and technological achievements reward. In 1985-1989,  studies for bachelor degree of dyeing engineering in original Zhejiang Silk Faculty of Engineering; in 1991-1994,  studies for master degree of textile chemistry and dyeing engineering in original Zhejiang Silk Faculty of Engineering; since 1994 to date, teaches in Zhejiang University of Technology (the former name of Zhejiang Faculty of Silk Engineering, Zhejiang Faculty of Engineering); from February 2006 to August 2006, be as a senior visiting scholar in Australia's Deakin University. She publishes more than 50 both Chinese and English papers in domestic and foreign core journals, like Color. Technol , Acta Polymerica Sinica, Journal of Textile Research, Journal of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Dyeing, Textile Auxiliaries. Wins 7 items of national invention patent authorization.

Mr. Liubin

Chinese nationality, male, born in December 1968, graduate degree, senior lawyer, a partner, head of the securities finance in Tiance Law Firm. From 1987 to 1991 studied in school of law of Hangzhou University; in 1999-2002, pursuing a master's degree in law of Zhejiang University; from July 1991 to June 2003, engaged in Zhejing law firm, served as a finance partner; since July, 2003 to date, engaged in the work of Tiance Lawyer.
